Sexual Harassment

I was at work when I experienced sexual harassment. The perpetrator of these inappropriate acts was a man about my age. At first, I thought he was flirting with me. But quickly his comments towards me began to be more and more misconduct. One day, he touched my butt in the hallway. I never thought I would be the recipient of such a disrespectful act. So, I went to the human resources department for help. Human resources met my perpetrator to deter him from doing it again. But unfortunately, it got worse, and I had to quit. What about you, what would you have done?
